Founder reviewing plans

From a small workshop to a regional leader

Founded in 2002 by two architects who believed construction could do better, GreenEcoSite started with a single passive-house project in Greenville, Delaware.

More than two decades later, we have completed over 310 sustainable buildings across Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey โ€” all without compromising our founding principle: every project leaves the environment better than we found it.

Our 64-person team includes LEED-accredited architects, certified green builders, master carpenters and dedicated project managers who share one mission: making sustainable construction the industry standard.
